We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel! The room was very comfortable. The bath was so nice to soak in, and the hotel provides a variety of complimentary bath salts, soaps, and lotions. This was so nice after a long flight and being in transit for a day. There were many nice amenities, such as hair iron, toiletries, and more. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of items, Japanese and Western. We would absolutely stay here again!

料理は美味しかったのですが、食堂が暗く、また一人用の席も狭かったのが残念でした。キッチンカーのデザートも食堂の外にあり、寒いし、その辺が残念でした。

The staff was super friendly and helpful! We asked them for restaurant recommendations and they recommended us spme lovely options (not tourist traps either!). They also helped store our luggage EVEN AFTER we already checked out, just because we didnt want to drag our luggage around while we went out for lunch before we left Kyoto..

Offers a convenient option for a stay. A very hands off approach to hotel service. For two night it was absolutely fine. The area might be more convenient for party goers, however room was quiet and area didn’t affect sleep.

It’s our second time in this hotel. Rooms are big enough for two. We were very comfortable. Front desk and cleaning staff were very tentative and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay! The only thing I was disappointed was the Japanese buffet. The quality of the food’s were not fresh and less selection compared from my first time I visited (12/2023). Too bad, I was looking forward to it, too.☹️
