Very nice hotel with traditional service and excellence. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff! Comfortable room. Great location for both walking and uber access! We were awoken our last morning by some construction going on in the next room - may have been emergent? (Although a little communication would have been helpful.) Overall, a very nice stay, and would return!

The front desk clerk was quite confused because I booked through hotels.com (he kept referring to a “third party”) which caused quite a delay, but otherwise it was a terrific hotel. Beautiful spot in central London. No complaints.

This was our second stay at this location on Grosvenor Square. We had a lovely room overlooking the square. The staff were lovely and gave us a surprise for our anniversary. Area very convenient for shopping and restaurants. Mayfair is the best part of London.

Great hotel and staff is absolutely wonderful. Rooms are a little spartan, but other than that its a great place to stay.
