The room was very clean, a bit outdated though. all the toilets have tubs, so if you prefer a shower, not this hotel. The gym is old, but usable.
Location is great though. The staff are very proactive and helpful.

Check in was terrible for me. I arrived around midnight so exhausted only to have a room on the 19th floor that had the scent of mold and the walls also showed some black mold. The AC was making this loud sound. They switched my room after requesting but it was around 1 am by then. I used the gym which was workable with old machines. The next room was okay still at 2 star rating. The only 4 star helpful was the bell man who helped with the bags and the location is ideal for Central World and massage nearby.

The room was not as good as the one I stayed in last year, this year the room is a lot older and not renovated.

The staff at the reception was excellent when we checked in on 29/3 around 9am. She told us she will expedite the housekeeper to clean the room and asked us to come back in about 2 hours. We came back a few minutes before the 2 hours and we sat at the lobby area. We were surprised she approached us and gave us our room key. 👍👍👍
The male housekeeper cleaning the 7th floor was excellent too. He gave us extra bottle of water when we asked him and also when we requested for the ironing board, he brought it in less than 5 minutes. 👍👍👍

The room is very shabby; it takes a long time to hv hot water from the shower head; the light switch buttons on the bed side table are torn; the windows are blurred due to prolonged time of dust stick on the windows.

Room is dated, the bed and pillow needs to be stuffed. Feels like a hollow pillow. Hot water n water pressures are gf, air con extremely good. But there seemed to have tiny roaches ard whenever u bring food into the room. Not sure where they came from but if u dont eat in the rooms thy wont come out.

The room (2022) has a very terrible smell. Even the 20th floor lobby too. The internal of the hotel is very old and didn’t well maintained. Only the location is very good.
