The guests travelling from abroad wanted out ... wanted to leave as nothing was functional. The wifi was constantly off, no nothing...? I called asking for a supervisor, but sadly she wasn't available. The name, Ramada by Wyndham "was" gold standard with much offerings to its guests... nothing worked; it was as if the only function was to use the area to sleep and that's if my guests could. I am hurt that my guests were unhappy and I felt as if it was a mistake. I apologize for the blunt honest review; look, I know when things go wrong, remedial resolutions are deployed... emergency plumbing, heat wave causing power fluctuations (given what happened last week heat wave advisory). How we undertake the appropriate care is what matters.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom tiny. Very strange floorplan. Staff were helpful. Biggest drawback was that they have NO PARKING on property and you can rent a space from the next door lot or park five blocks away for a fee. This was not clearly stated via Expedia.

Very nice and big room. Very close to train station and very easy to commute to visit the attractions. The breakfast is very good. The hotel room is very clean and with enough supplies provided. I booked the nearest parking lot in one of commercial parking which is 2 min walking distance from hotel. Staff is cooperative and also come to know they provide shuttle service to Newark station ( I travelled by my car). Very nice place for visitor who want affordable stay and visit New York attractions.

We sincerely appreciate your efficient, gracious customer service from Alexandra, the level of detail and accountability she have demonstrated on the front desk, and the way she conduct business. We have, and will continue to, recommend your services to other people and contacts. Our stay could not be more satisfied with your service, and we look forward to continuing this relationship. The down side about this location was the parking space, that will be the only issue about this place which is not mention on there site. Hopefully, they would take care of the parking situation. Just a .3 mile walk to Journal Square PATH trains. Nice convenience store in Journal Square PATH station. About 15 minute train ride to Newark Penn and WTC. Building is old. Bathroom was extremely small but that can't be helped. Hot eggs and bacon for breakfast.
