The location was good - easy to walk to many of the places to be seen in Oslo. Very convenient for the train to the airport. Our 1st room there was very small - not much space for anything - we had a family room. Our 2nd room there was also a family room and it was very nice - we had enough space to keep our luggage and a large bathroom. Really appreciate Kristin who was there when we checked in the 2nd time - she helped give us an early check in seeing my elderly father and took the trouble to change the room that had been blocked for us so he did not have to wait at the reception - she was also very thoughtful in offering us breakfast to go as we were checking out at 4 AM the next morning. She was extremely kind and helpful. Check out was ok - they would not let us use the door that leads directly to the station so we had to go outside with the luggage and my dad and had to use stairs to get to the station. In case you are driving to the hotel and need to drop off your luggage, it is a bit tricky - so call the hotel and ask for specific instructions.

The room was just what we needed for a 2 night stay. Everything was so clean throughout, and the staff was excellent. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was okay. There was an adequate variety of things but the eggs were quite runny and the yogurt was spoiled. Probably wouldn't pay for that again. I will say that the park area, just outside became quite questionable after dark. Went to have a smoke and was offered different dr*gs by 2 different people within 6 minutes.

Well positioned by the fjord, basic no room service unless requested. Breakfast good, no kettle in room, good shower.

Extremely small dark room. Not even room to open suitcase without putting it on bed. Extremely convenient location at train station and included breakfast was very good.

Our room was tiny and difficult to get to. Great location right at the train station but the next time we are in Oslo, we will stay at a neighboring hotel with larger rooms for the same price.

The hotel felt pretty old. A lot of wall art, which you might or might not enjoy. The carpet felt dirty. The room’s lights dimmed automatically, so the room was pretty dark at night. Breakfast was ok. It connects to the train station. We did not hear any train noise at night. Overall it was ok.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé au cœur d’Oslo. Il est à quelques pas de la Gare Centrale, des boutiques et restos. Bon déjeuner, chambre propre et confortable
