Overall, had a great stay. Staff was super helpful and friendly. I have no problems with checking in when I requested something I was able to get it in a tiny manner. My family and I truly enjoyed our room. I truly appreciate the concierge that help us check in and upgrade to a corner room. I look forward to staying at this location in the future.

staff was slow and seemed to be put out when asking for assistance. absolutely awful coffee. biggest complaint is the price for what you get

Room was clean and hotel lobby is nice. No breakfast included was a big let down for the price and hilton reward don't get added for booking through third party. Check in agent didn't explain any amenities or hilton rewards.

My room did not have shampoo . I was the first one to shower . My family was out . I was only in the room . Had to come and look for help . When rooms are given should be ready .
