The staff at the check in was really great and kudos to them for their great service.

An excellent stay with fantastic service! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to be granted an early check-in at 11:30 AM, and the front desk was accommodating enough to extend our check-out to 1:00 PM. The breakfast spread was also highly enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful 9/10 experience!

This was a first visit for our family- we spent 2 nights here and had booked 3 rooms in all. The location is excellent and we loved the fact that the hotel is directly opposite the Gurney Bay park- beautiful stretch of beach front and a promenade/boardwalk for walking. The property itself looks majestic from the outside and the common areas. The rooms were a little outdated; the carpets could do with an update as there was a musky smell all around. The toilets weren't flushing well- just an older property. The Buffet breakfast was decent and had a variety of food items. However, the service staff weren't welcoming. We had similar experience with a front desk staff as well. The complimentary pop and water bottles in the room were appreciated and a nice touch.

This is our second stay in this hotel. Location is perfect, nearby to town and also not too far away from Batu Ferringhi area. Although the hotel is a bit old, the staff truly make the difference. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly, providing us with ample items upon request as they knew we do not require any housekeeping service during our stay. Concierge staff Badrol truly caught our attention, as he always smile at us and other guests. We could tell that he really take pride in his work and is a true epitome of what good service is about. Do extend our sincere appreciation to him. Looking forward to our next stay soon, thank you!

Very nice room and the staff were helpful as we had some issues with our room cards, they were very kind. The hotel is very clean and tidy, breakfast and dinners are a little pricey, and very good location when trying to explore Georgetown, nothing is super far away. Overall great hotel, definitely would book again.

The properly is old and carpet, towels needs to be replaced. WiFi connections below at par and constantly dropped off

It was a good hotel in a good location. Breakfast was good but not as good as the park royal. Staff very friendly.

Breakfast is good...maybe more choices for foreigners.
