Different desk staff were incredible and more than helpful. Got me to join their club and provided me with a lovely upgrade to a suite.

I highly recommend staying here . From the moment we arrived it was effortless. The room was so comfortable and quiet . The amenities available in the rooms from hair dryer to steamer to bathrobes and slippers . Outside the rooms on each floor was a small kitchen area to make coffee or grab a snack. A nice treat to come back to the room from dinner to find chocolates and bottled water on your night stand . The convenience of being right across from the Train station was unmeasured! To come out of the hotel , walk across the street and not have to call an uber priceless ! We will definitely be staying here again .

Why 3 stars? Well it comes down to the WC being next to the bed and we were in a large room. Great if you’re on your own but I’m certain your partner will not appreciate the noise and smells that your morning routine will create! The rest of the hotel is 5*. Great staff but it’s no good having the toilet basically right next to the sleeping end of the bed!

Spotless room. Lovely pillows and crisp bed linen. Window was a bonus. Water cooling in fridge was a nice touch … as was the excellent pantry!
