Hienoa We really like this hotel and decided to return. The rooms are spacious and clean, there's an indoor parking lot at a reasonable price, and nearby restaurants.

Hyvä My room had ants . I complain with the front desk they said someone will go and check . I don’t know if they did because the ants were still coming from the head board of the bed , on the pillow cases of the bed , on the floor mainly in the corners by the window under the curtains. The cleaning staff need to vacuum the corner of the rooms .

Keskimääräistä heikompi The overall stay was good but we did had some problems going in from the start. Check in was easy but they did give us the wrong room number so we had to go back and forth from 4th floor to lobby then 3rd floor (which is the correct floor). We know mistakes can be made but it was just a hassle to have this kind of problem upon checking in since we were already tired. Wish the staff on the front was more attentive. The room was overall nice tho, would’ve been better if there were more towels since there were only 2 towels for a group of 4, doesn’t seem promising.

Fantastinen Property were well maintained, rooms were spacious and clean. There is a small plaza across from the hotel with some restaurants. Parking was easy and felt safe.

Hienoa Rooms were clean. Bathroom door needs fixing. Amenities should be checked and maintained more.
