Hotel os convenient.. the room I was in the Novetel was airport side had the bins being emptied early, noise hard to sleep after long flight , we bought dinner from the restaurant 2 nights and both times we did a pick up we were missing food or it was not what we ordered and the staff had no idea no communication between them. Have stayed in better, great if you have children BAD if you need sleep after flights . Packet of potatoe chips $7 from reception … come on ..!!!

Great facilities, awesome..! The room is very underwhelming, & extremely overpriced. The whole room needs a makeover , the bed was nice however.

Super comfortable beds, all bathroom products supplied, great air-conditioning in our 2 bed apartment. Lots of food options, huge pool with spas and kiddies shallow sections. Front reception staff & Splash bar staff very friendly. Checkout 11am
