Overall hotel was great stayed 12 days. Only complaints was that the laundry didn't dry very well had to add extra time even after putting the amount it recommended. Also the buffet was ok for the amount of money it was, alot of the food was cold. Now I know if another country it local. But it was the last day and we were totally spent from our day trip. Again overall great hotel great location great staff.

Not happy with the breakfast. Less variety, no chicken, no beef, no dessert. Kind of disappointed to pay 3500 yen per person compare to other hotels.

The location is top notch. Literally 50 steps out of the hotel door and you can enter Lumine passage to the train station. So if it’s raining, that’s a big plus. You’ve got Family Mart, Lawson and Two 7-11’s within a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. The laundry room is nice- but be prepared- the washer is the same machine that drys the clothes as well. They don’t dry completely. The breakfast is good at cross dine but it’s the same every morning. The staff is fabulous. The rooms are very small- be prepared, they are not as spacious as you may be used too.
