The hotel and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only one downside was, when cleaning the room and leaving water in the morning, they did not replace the milk for tea/coffee. However I am sure if we asked this would have been replenished immediately. We had an issue getting into the room on the last night and the gentleman on the desk came and rectified this immediately. Would definitely recommend.

We looked extensively for the hotel that would fit our needs best, which for a family of 4 wanting 1 room with air conditioning in August was tough to find. This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for us and close to the metro, so getting around Paris was easy. The wonderful lady at the front desk, Lipi, was extremely helpful! Fluent in English, she helped us daily with advice, suggestions and how best to get places. She really made our time in Paris go smoothly with all the local info! Thank you!
