Great hotel if you need to stay by the airport. Clean, friendly staff. Didn't get to use all the amenities as I was only there for one night, as I had an early morning flight. Didi's to center was affordable. Would definitely stay again.

The Novotel Hotel gave us a 12th floor experience was amazing ! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the walk in checking to checkout. Very clean facility and rooms. Bathrooms were neat they had automatic toilet and spacious shower with hand held and rain head. We left the hotel room door open and opened the windows the fresh breeze from the ocean gave a wonderful relieve breeze continually. The house keeping staff was very kind and helpful with over daily needs. The hotel restaurant had a pleasant helpful attentive staff and the food was fresh and cooked by professional chefs Delicious ! Over a great stay we would stay again and highly recommend for any single or family stay.

I stayed for 5 nights and would recommend. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport, Disneyland and the bund. The room was nice and was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a must as it is an extensive buffet, with something for everyone and to fuel up for the day. Would highly recommend for a stay especially if visiting Disneyland.

★★★★★ We had an amazing stay at Novotel Shanghai Clover! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made everything smooth for our family from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect—very close to Shanghai Disney, which made getting to the park easy and stress-free. The hotel is especially great for kids, with fun play areas that kept our child entertained and happy throughout the stay. The room was extremely large, with a very comfortable bed and high-quality pillows, sheets, and mattress—perfect for relaxing after long days at the park. The breakfast buffet was excellent—lots of variety and plenty of options for both adults and kids. Everything was fresh and well organized. Another huge plus: stroller rentals are available, which made our Disney days much easier. The hotel also offers convenient shuttle service to Disney, the airport, and nearby train stations, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations. Perfect for families visiting Disney—highly recommend!
