The club room was a bit disappointing and the club lounge not great, especially compared to other hotels around. No breakfast or afternoon tea is served there. The evening cocktails were ok, free flowing wine etc from 5.30-7.30. Food was only fair, not many choices. The pool was great. Won’t stay there again.

Excellent hotel for a stopover. You can use the pool area (with showers) from 7am-10pm, free checked luggage, check out from midday and on top of a MTR station. 100% recommend. Large, quiet and comfy rooms with excellent staff too. Definitely coming back.

Great location. Below the hotel is the MRT and the Orchardgateway mall and next to the hotel is the 313@sommerset mall. A 5 minute walk to Orchard Road. A short grab/MRT ride away to Bugis Street, Merlion, Chinatown, Gardens by the Bay, hawker center Law Pat Sat, Asian Civilizations Museum, National History Museum. Couldn’t have chosen a better well located hotel.

This is our second visit to The Jen. We love this hotel as it’s in a perfect location to both shopping restaurants and an easy MRT metro ride from Changi Airport. The pool area is such a nice place to relax and was a welcome sight when we waited for our room to become available as we arrived on an early flight. Breakfast is the best buffet style we’ve experienced. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Special mention to Yin Yin who made our wedding anniversary special with gifts and treats and artwork on our room mirror. Best hotel we’ve stayed in Singapore.
