Fantastinen They went above and beyond for my daughter’s birthday filling our room with the decorations I had ordered. The room was spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and a great location. Will only stay here when we go to Brighton in future. Thank you so much.

Hienoa Room perfect for the three of us, granddaughter and grandparents. Breakfast good but disappointed there was no evening meal available otherwise a lovely stay, would recommend.

Keskimääräistä heikompi Pretty run down, in need of a new lift. Room was very basic, no air con, windows limited on how much they can open which is a struggle in summer. Room needed painting

Hotel was a bit of a maze and the halls were a bit outdated. Parking is limited and expensive, but the room was lovely. Staff were helpful. It would've been nice to have some waterbottles in the room

This relatively small hotel is right on the waterfront and an excellent place to stay in Brighton. The breakfast was substantial; the staff always helpful and I recommend it highly.

The room was excellent
But what upset us, the room was not ready for 3 check in we had to wait a further 35 minutes before we was allowed in the room.
When I complained about the wait I was told
You do have the best room!!!
Not good enough, we was not the only ones made to wait.

Nice clean room overlooking the sea front. I expected there to be traffic noise which there was but it died down as the evening progressed. However what I didn’t expect was to be woken at 2:30 am by noisy deliveries and services and then again at various intervals throughout the night. I understand that it is probably easier for these services to happen during the night because of parking difficulties during the day but feel customers should have be told and given the option of quieter rooms. It was not a restful night.
