We loved our quick stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It's close enough to the Guggenheim and other sites to walk, but in a quieter neighborhood. There's parking on site, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again on a return to Bilbao.

I loved the location of the hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. My biggest issue was AC that never got below 28 degrees Celsius. It was so hot and my room never cooled down. Fortunately I was only there for 1 night. I would not stay again in the summer months but would be happy to stay there in the winter.

Clean room , nice and friendly staff , delicious breakfast . Good location , shopping area and restaurants close by. Approx 15 mins walk to Guggenheim and to Old Town.

Compact with facilities on different floors but well planned. Staff excellent and only downside is it’s fairly expensive.

Spent a lot of quality time at the bar, it was great. Ended up eating more meals there than anywhere else. The location is great! We didn't have to take any transportation other than our feet, anywhere we went!
