Paradisus Cancún – All Inclusive

It was just like we were at “home”! Anything and everything we wanted was there, all we had to do was ask. Room, staff and the buffet was top notch!

We had a great stay overall at the resort. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the property was beautiful. The only area that needs improvement is the food. For a resort in Mexico, we expected a wider variety of dishes and a better representation of the country’s incredible cuisine. With a stronger food selection, this place would easily be a 5-star experience. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would definitely consider coming back.

The resort is amazing.. our ac was not working so they gave us a new room the following day.. staff very helpful.. not much waiters on the beach but if you ask to send somebody they will come.. seaweed was a problem but seems to be a problem over the past several years.. it's really a natural disaster.. it's literally changing the beautiful beaches and blue water. food was amazing!!! Overall place was excellent.. one of the best in Cancun

Property is beautiful, food was good, but there were premium menu items not included in the all inclusive that were very good. Staff was a hit or miss some were very attentive and some were just there. I rate a 8/10 overall. We had a blast and property was very clean.

Great experience!

Very nice property, has everything you need from restaurants, shops, gym, hospital, spa and outdoor activities, multiple bars. Got greeted with refreshing wet towels to drinks at the door check in was seamless and quick. Room was nice we had ocean view it’s beautiful. Bathroom is fantastic. Food is delicious great stay.

Everything was wonderful. From the food to the staff to the amenities. A great place to wind down and relax.

Pros: I vacationed with my kids(22,11 & 4)this past week. Fernanda was our family concierge. She single-handedly made our trip! She was hospitable, courteous, and on top of everything!! She was warm and friendly and we got a great experience due to all of her suggestions. The Blueagave Tequileria was a great lunch and way to start our vacation, Atilano was a great server! He was hospitable and offered help and suggestions. Perfect accommodations for my kids and I. Gypsy from Kidsdom was a vibe!! The foam party was a blast for me and my 4 year old Edgar at Capella was extremely hospitable The branzino was delicious and he kept the Chardonnay flowing. Our final dinner was definitely a great one!! Cons: I found that my family sort of stuck out like a sore thumb in certain places. In the Gastro Hall I saw several tables get serviced or offered something surrounding me, but I was not. Also at the pool kids were offered popsicles, but my kids were not. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier or not but that selective tension was definitely noticed and if anything were to deter me from coming back it would be that. Everyone that was helpful warm and hospitable went above and beyond; it was just those few bad apples in a bunch. I hope the next beautifully bronzed family that comes does not feel that slight tension that I felt. Despite all this, it is a phenomenal resort, the amenities were endless, the aesthetic was fantastic, and it definitely was an experience!!
