1. Booking done in expedia but hotel stuff do not reserve room for us.
2. trash from previous person left in toilet's dustbin.
3. sound proofing bad, can hear vehicles sound from road.
4. 16AUG19, receptionist duty on 7pm very helpful help us find a room although their stuff do not reserve for us.

Hienoa The staffs are friendly.
The room was clean but because it was a middle room without a window, it was quite musty.
The housekeeping should pay more attention on hair which stick on the bed protector.

Hienoa Very comfortable bed and clean. Room has the basic facilities for short stay. Shops and restaurants nearby. 20min drive to town. Overall good!

Called reception for hair-dryer, and was informed they do not have.
