Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The room was smallish but well appointment. Needed a little maintenance (e.g. floorboard was missing in a corner) but everything worked well. Breakfast was well appointed as well. Uber and Bolt had a long wait due to the hotel's location in a high-traffic road.

2 min walk away from the square, very short drive from Lisbon Santa Apolonia, and very close to shopping areas, the location was amazing! Room was clean, staff were friendly. Only stayed for 1 night so not sure how breakfast was.

Great location, very clean, good hotel in general. a bit moisy though because of the tram. Staff and manager are not flexible and not customer oriented. Had an issue and wanted to talk to the manager but she was always in meetings and too busy to talk to the customers at the sametime the front desk staff were not willing to help

Has good staff and good interior finishes making it very serviceable at a mid-price range with an excellent location. Rooms are very small which is fine given location but it stops this hotel from qualifying as luxurious. Only real downfall is that I would have expected electrical outlets on both sides of the bed at this price/service level.

Booked with Expedia and the hotel changed the room I needed when we arrived. I had to pay for another room. They said I included a baby and I do not have a baby, so, a small room with 2 beds was assigned, when I specified 3 beds.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Very nice area though a bit noisy at night. The room was quite small and it didn't have the Nexpresso machine as stated. Expedia promised a free room upgrade if available. It was but no upgrade was given.

I had such an amazing stay at the Turim hotels. Location was everything… Very close to one of the main plaza, several shopping options and restaurants to choose from. Close to the water and a great location. The room was great and the staff was super nice and helpful.
