There was no fridge or n the room. There was mould in the shower. No pool towels to be found and when asked we were told no. The pool had missing and cracked tiles. Very poor condition.

The room AC was very good but I was overcharged for a taxi from the airport. I thought they had a shuttle. Reakfast was OK. A pleasant place to stay.

The staff were super polite and the pool was great for the kids, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It served as a pit stop en route to the airport for a late flight, but it was too noisy to get an afternoon sleep in, balcony floor was rotting and unsafe, the small aircon struggled with the humidity and making the floor super slippery, and despite booking for four people and giving notice of 3pm arrival we had to wait 30min for room to be ready and there were only towels and beds for two. We just wound up going to the airport early.

This place was very dirty restroom smells and mold in the shower toilet was stained dirty.location didn’t look safe not well lite. If I could gave a 0 I would’ve.
