The breakfast was not what is shown in the pictures. The bread was dry, the selection is minimal and overall not very appetizing. It was the equivalent of a Motel6 continental breakfast

As a Family of 4 we booked a connecting room which was great for our 6day stay. Breakfast fantastic, lots of options and keeping us full all day. Large laundry space, clean rooms and helpful staff. Great location near the shin-Osaka train, lots of supermarkets and restaurants next door

Size of room was spacious as compared to other hotels. High tech way of checking if the washing machines/dryer are in use! Nice touch to have welcome drinks on 3F for hotel guests. Hotel staff were also helpful. There is a large supermarket and sports store within 5 mins walk from hotel. Lawsons is also just round the corner and about 7 mins walk to Shin-Osaka station.

This hotel was conveniently located across from the train station and near a convenience store. Our room was small, but very clean with separate toilet and shower areas. There was a wonderful welcome center on the third floor that offered a variety of drinks during the day which was an added benefit. The hotel also had many extra toiletries offered if needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend!
