Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.

Fantastinen The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, really nice people. The communication with the hotel prior to our trip was quick and efficient too. We had a few questions and would sometimes respond within minutes. When we got to our room, I noticed they had upgraded our room to one facing the ocean, what a pleasant surprise.
The beach was clean and well maintained. Given that it was seaweed season, there was an employee raking and clearing it every morning and going over the sand with a rake after he was done with the seaweed. It was the only hotel where this was done daily.
The restaurant staff was also very friendly, pleasant and helpful, we will miss our daily morning Spanish lesson while having breakfast 😊
Now beware, Tulum is expensive, eating out is not cheap and taxi will cost 💲 but all and all we had had a great and enjoyable time.
