It’s alright. Make sure you’re in REALLY good shape. It’s a steep hill and hundreds of stairs to get there daily from downtown. Check in was bad. Took 30 min with no explanations. Views are great from here but you’re probably better off taking a place closer to downtown. Rooms are big. It’s good for the price and if you plan to hangout there a ton.

The view was beautiful! The rooms nice and clean. The staff friendly and very helpful. Definitely staying here again.

Had booked a different hotel chocolate branch hotel, paid, then TWO DAYS before our trip we were informed by Hotel Chocolate Suites that they were " moving us to a different location" Not the area we chose, much further from everything, very inconvenient. Offered no solutions. Arrived at the hotel and it was ridden with bugs ( roaches and other types) roaches in the room, bed hard as a rock, sheets, blankets and towels smelled bad, the room felt like a dungeon, water ice cold, we had to book a different hotel after 1 night. Hotel supervisor refused to give us a refund or anything, instead offered a ride to the airport. Complete waste of money. Disappointed in their management for changing plans on their guests and refusing a refund to make up for it. Will advise everyone that I know to never stay here.

The staff was awesome. Upon informing the receptionist in the evening that both beds had dirty sheets, she replace herseft.
