The premises were always immaculate and shining. The staff was very helpful and friendly on every occasion. The breakfast choices were good, but the hot items were lukewarm at best. The air conditioning was one-way: cool only. If the room was cooled off for sleeping, there was no real way to heat the room. The front desk did provide a small electric space heater, which did help a lot.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Faubourg Galant. After extensive research for our first trip to Paris, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The location is excellent—an easy walk to Galeries Lafayette, the Opéra district, and Rue des Martyrs, while feeling like a genuine Parisian neighborhood rather than a tourist hub. We walked almost everywhere, with Metro stations nearby when we ventured farther. The staff made our stay exceptional. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They gladly answered questions, offered recommendations, arranged our transportation to Versailles, and coordinated our early morning transfer to Gare de Lyon for our train to Spain. Everything was seamless, making travel days completely stress-free. Our rooms were quiet, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly during warm weather, and the layout made excellent use of the space. Breakfast was consistently fresh, varied, and delicious—the perfect start before a full day exploring Paris. More than anything, Hôtel Faubourg Galant became part of what made our Paris experience so memorable. It wasn’t just a hotel; it was a welcoming home base that enhanced every day of our trip. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone seeking an elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located hotel in Paris.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. From the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel itself. To the hospitality of every staff member. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Reception staff and breakfast staff were all without exception cheerful helpful and courteous . Our Room (406) was clean ,quiet and ample space for us as a couple . Hotel is situated well for the Metro and also for dining and drinking . A great find

This is a very nice hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the servers very attentive. There is a nice lobby area where you can have a drink. There are not a lot of amenities but that was expected.

Absolutely superb! Rooms were cleaned. Staff was polite & location was great.

The property itself was lovely and well located. The room was clean with nice furnishings but cramped for a “deluxe”room - the table and chairs had to be pushed aside to make room for a suitcase. We were there during a heatwave and air conditioning was rattling, making it difficult to sleep. When trying to fix it, the staff interrupted us multiple times without prior notice, forcing us out into 90-100 degree temps.
