Really nice hotel and staff.

The staff was amazing! We hand a wonderful stay at the hotel!

We arrived at around 12pm and we asked if we could check in early and the check in was incredibly smooth, João helped us check in and it was the most comfortable and sweetest person ever. Super attentive and friendly and made us very comfortable since the start. The hotel scent is very beautiful and it has a luxury feel, I don’t know how to explain! They have a water fountain available at the hotel and you can re-fill your bottle as many times as you want. The gym has really good equipment and they also have a sauna! The room was really good and the bathrooms are good. The only thing I would say that would need improvement, but it wasn’t a problem at all for us, but could be for someone else is the water pressure in the shower. I seriously loved this hotel and I think we have found our forever hotel in Paris. Seriously, 10 stars in my opinion - thank you for making our stay, incredible ☺️🤍

We never had breakfast at the hotel. We just ventured out.

Amazing place, amazing breakfast, amazing staff!!!

Delightful hotel, spotlessly clean, with very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to help us throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent in range and quality. We booked the amazing sauna facility for private use whilst there - this was an added bonus on top if a brilliant stay. Will definitely book again when next in Paris.

We walked to the hotel from Gare du Nord. It was easy to find, a couple of hundred metres off Rue Lafayette. We were greeted by Patrick, who has to be in all my years of international travelling, one of the nicest, most supportive people i have ever met at the reception desk. it soon became clear that this was the standard for all staff at the hotel. not one failed to meet this standard. The room was small but well outfitted, qiet and comfortable. The bathroom was stunning. Breakfasts were a great mix of foods for all tastes. Rest assured we will be back there again soon.

This property is great, the staff is amazing, the breakfast is delicious and the sauna room is an awesome way to relax before or after a long trip. They make it so welcoming. The property is in great shape in a great location. I highly recommend it if you are looking to stay at an good place in Paris and avoid surprises.

Spring brezk Paris vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel. Really nice clean property, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. But i would really like to shout out the staff. The were very friendly and attentive. Diana in the mornings and the 2 men at night, i belive one of their names is Justice went above and beyond. Thank you guys fir that. The hotel is in a great location near a lot restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.
