Horrible hotel. Pictures are dishonest. Very small bedrooms and dirty. Staff didn’t clean our room on le of the days because we left Pijamas on our pillow. Do not recommend

Really close to Z05 Hanzoman station - so well connected but a quieter part of the city. The hotel staff were really welcoming and helpful. Great coffee machine in reception, room had everything we needed and good water pressure in the shower. Air con was fairly quiet too!

The rooms were smaller than we expected but it worked fine. The shower water was strong and hot, the bed was comfortable, and a staff person came up and allowed us to make the room cooler. We asked for a fan and an iron and ironing board and they had them for us to use. The staff were all super helpful! It was helpful to have a 7/11, a Lawsons close by as well as a number of restaurants. The metro was a close walk away and we walked to many sites.

Good bread options in the morning but minimal amenities; I did not like to location very much. It was close to a train station but far from key areas of Tokyo. The AC could not be set to below 23, which made it very uncomfortable during the hot and humid summer days. I booked two rooms and one was in poor condition with a strong musty smell and peeling walls. Minimal food options in the area, and most available restaurants close by 10pm. I would not stay here again.
