The staff treated you like a 4- or 5-star hotel. Everyone was kind and helpful. The breakfast on site was great with plenty of options to choose from. And they were very responsive to any extra supplies needed. Parking was hard to manage at the meter.

How stupid is it to put steps for suitcases! I was in 734 with large bags and had to negotiate them down and up a partial flight if stairs!!! Unbelievably bad planning and not very guest friendly

The hotel is several different buildings connected to look like one building, but some of the floors do not line up. Some floors have random stairs in the corridor. Ask about stairs if you have heavy bags.
