We did not like this hotel. Location is not everything (which was good). The bathroom were very small. It was bit of a job to get in(required a perfection in maneuvering skills). Shower cubicle was triangulated a little movement would turn the handle so either it stopped water flow or cha ved temperature to scalding hot or freezing cold.
Staff were nice. Top floor pool good but small. Good for kids though.
Breakfast good.

Area around hotel is unsafe and covered in trash. Hotel is overrated. The only good thing was it was cheap. Location and building condition is poor. Staff seems uninterested in customers.

Decent value, but the breakfast could be so much better with just a little more work! The menu changes a little every day, but maybe just stick to making good food consistently. Maybe make a banh mi, or keep the chicken curry and chicken pho since those were good. The Bo kho was close to being good, the banh canh was meh.
The staff is great, they are good at communicating, and the place is quite clean. The interiors aren’t great from a design perspective, and you can hear your neighbors a bit, but that’s to be expected from a place of this price point.

Walking distance to all the major attractions in downtown Ho chi Mhin. Room was little bit small but clean.

Hotel.com booked a minor room when my receipted booking was a twin/double deluxe so we had to move to another room. Rooms were very small and shower was difficult to get in and out of. Staff were very good. I wouldn’t stay there again purely because it was so small.
