Poor sound proofing. Kept awake at night by the guy next door struggling to satisfy his partner, then woken early by the street cleaners. Not to mention the dirty walls.

Had balcony room. Walls very thin. Heard a girl come in at 2am and her whole 75min phonecall after. No useful amenities in room except shower gel, empty mini fridge and kettle. Request hair dryer at check in.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Amsterdam and unfortunately were quite disappointed with the overall experience. What was completely unacceptable was what happened on the morning of checkout. Shortly before checkout time, a male staff member entered our room without knocking or giving any notice while we were in the middle of changing. He quickly left, but shortly after, a female staff member did the exact same thing… again entering without knocking. This was a huge invasion of privacy and made us extremely uncomfortable. The condition of the room itself was also not acceptable. The air conditioning did not work during our stay, the bathroom fan was broken which caused a very unpleasant smell, and the shower flooded the bathroom every single time it was used. I do want to mention that the reception staff were friendly and we appreciated being able to store our luggage before checking in. The location is a bit further out from the city center, which we were aware of when booking, so that was not a major issue for us. Overall, while some staff members were kind, the issues with the room and the lack of basic respect for guest privacy means we would not stay here again.

Good vibe

Loud banging all night long, booked a room with balcony which ended up being a shared balcony with 10 other rooms, this was not advertised online.

Was a great place to stay.

Enjoyable experience all in one: Parking, Shopping, Concert, Hotel, Breakfast and decent check-out time..

Perfect anonymous stay experience. Clean room with everything I needed. Great cafe for working

Room was better then what I thought it would be! But there were some marks on the wall and hallway smelled a little of urine so those carpets might need a clean.

The location is a bit far from the metro and all museums. The place was clean, but the walls are thin and the beds uncomfortable. It’s a okay place for a night or two. We rented bikes from the hotel and had to return them because they weren’t great. There is cafe/restaurant in the lobby which is convenient.
