Everything is pretty old and needs renovation. Gym is unusable (treadmill doesn’t work, only one device which also doesn’t work). Location is great and staff are helpful.

The room was very warm when I checked in at 5 PM. I asked the manager if they had another room that wasn’t exposed to the sun. Although the hotel was nearly empty and I was willing to pay more, they refused to change my room until the next day. I had to spend a few hours in the lobby waiting for my room to cool down. When I finally went back, it was still very warm because the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Additionally, the shower, toilet bidet, and mirror were not in working condition.
I don’t believe this hotel deserves a four-star rating.

The breakfast was Excellent every day, very clean with the best staffs, greeting you with great smiles and good vibes I love this place. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

They are extremely professional and attentive to the clients needs! Quiet and peaceful rooms. Room service (food) amazing!! Well done chef! Definitely recommend. Fair prices for what they offer!

Very good small hotel with great staff. Location near several embassies. Easy access to bus lines. It was important to me to have good Wi-Fi connection and that worked great.

It was mentioned that hotel has Air conditioning system, in fact I stayed there for almost a week but it was not working for entire hotel.
I recommend to mention this to customers before they book a room.

Hienoa There should be more lighting and friendly welcome in reception and entrance … dim light is not acceptable when visitors are first time comers .
