Requested staff to give me a higher / quieter room, room given was much quieter as she gave me one without window so I wont the on-going traffic noise. But keep hearing unconsiderate hotel guests banging their doors loudly, hotel should improve on the sound proofing of the closing of doors.

I travelled solo, the room I bookednin was very suitable for one person, not too big nor too small. Things you needed for the trip and during the trip were provided. Vivocity was opposite, very convenient, and the train and bus station is just a short walk away. Great location

Everything was good. I like that it's eco-friendly so they clean the room every 2 nights. Allows for those days where you just need to hole up. The quality of pillows could be improved. For some reason the sides/edges of the pillow were hard that it bruised my chin. So at checkout when I gave my feedback, the front desk staff advised to call/write-in next time to ask for a change of pillow. Hopefully this tip is useful to future guests.

We chose this hotel since it is very close to the cruise terminal. The rooms are small but well laid out and very clean. Our room overlooked the highway so it was a little noisy. Ask for a room at the rear of the hotel and it will be more pleasant.

For an Aussie traveller, not having milk was not nice. Staff were wonderful. The rooftop bar was really nice to sit and relax, have a drink and a meal, looking across the skyline. Great location for access to Sentosa and MRT
