I had a disappointing experience during my one-night stay at this hotel. The hallway lighting was quite dim, which made the area feel unwelcoming. When I arrived, the bathroom floor was wet, and there was a noticeable smell, possibly coming from the toilet. I also saw what appeared to be mold in several areas of the bathroom. The mirror was unclear due to smudges, and the bathtub didn’t seem properly cleaned.
I noticed exposed wall plug outlets in the room, and the bedding was not comfortable. The pillows didn’t look fresh, and the blanket was very thin. The bed was made by pushing two single beds together, which wasn’t ideal for a restful sleep. There were also visible marks on the walls.
When I asked to move to another room, the staff was unfortunately not able to assist. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable and had a restless night, which affected my trip. Based on my experience, I would personally not choose to stay here again.

Stayed in a room with a double and twin bed, the twin bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t have a proper blanket. Asked the staff for a blanket but they refused to give one. Didn’t even have proper towels or toiletries available…not worth the money.

I made an all-paid reservation for 3 people, but on arrival was forced to pay an additional fee. The man working the counter basically said if it was an issue I should bring it up with expedia. Also the room had a mildew stench and was lacking a third set of towels, and the type of bathroom mess kit that is common among motels in Korea.

This hotel was incredible. It was located in a great spot, easy to walk around and literally right in front of the metro exit! The staff was really friendly and the room was very clean and there was a lot of space!

The pictures are terribly misleading. This is a run down hotel with very few redeeming features. Air con was broken, massive holes in the walls, shower flooded room, window didn’t lock, door was left unlocked after they cleaned, unprofessional situation at front desk, heavy stained mould in the shower...I could go on. We left and booked into another hotel as soon as we saw our door was unlocked.

Very stylish and modern, and extremely clean. Front-desk staff was very helpful, and the room was extremely comfortable!
