Hotel is fine, but the surrounding area could be considered potentially dangerous. Recommend staying closer to old town or South side of river.

Had an issue with the toilet which wouldn’t flush all weekend and was constantly running but couldn’t be fixed because it was the weekend.
Only had feather pillows which I am allergic to and had to fold up a duvet as a pillow as couldn’t offer an alternative.
Beggars directly outside hotel was not pleasant

Nicely maintained rooms...very friendly staff people. They extended my check out without any fuss. Safe location. Recommend to Business travellers

The room smelled of body oder. The carpet needed to be either shampooed or totally replaced. The towels were threadbare and dated. On the plus side: the room was quiet, the breakfast was decent, and the locations near the train station was conventient.

Near some shops in nearby streeys, but a very 'dubios' area. Lots of guys hanging around offering you drugs etc.
When I checked out of the hotel, the person at the desk did not confirm this on the computer, anf I had a few incoming calls after I left and the hotel said they did not know where I was as I hadn't checked out yet

The room wasn’t “spotless”…the carpet need a shampoo…other than that, the room was very nice. The staff was amazing…friendly, helpful, accommodating… considering the location across the street from the main train station…and the room rate…great value…I’ll definitely stay here again.
