The staff was great, very helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. The room itself was clean, and the water pressure and temperature were excellent. The hotel was also quiet, which was appreciated. That said, comfort and space were issues. The pillows were dull and squishy, and the bed was uncomfortable. The entryway was very small, with barely enough room to put on shoes—I even hit my head on the door knob due to how tight the space was. The room only had enough space for two double beds, leaving no room for luggage or moving around. For a family of three, it felt very cramped. This hotel may work for solo travelers or very short stays.

Clean and relatively large room. Our has sofa and a small table / bed stand that can serve as meal table. Very courteous staff, front desk and housecleaning.

Close to transportation, room was cleaned every day, large rooms, complimentary breakfast and all day drinks provided. Overall really great place to stay.

Clean rooms, comfortable size and larger than most standard hotels in Japan. Like the complimentary croissants, toasts, and coffee. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Highly recommend!
