The hotel room needs lot of work, check in was not easy I had to wait for the room to be cleaned even after 4pm. Lobby and outside of the building looks great!

The Quality of the hotel is worth zero. Nothing made us excited in the hotel. Dirty room, Shower broken, water leak in the bathroom, only one towel for two people, the bed was dirty with smoking ash and was not cleaned, and small animals (crouches) in the room.
In the reservation, it was a suite with a king-size bed, but it was just a room with a bed and no sofa.
I don't advise anybody to be here at all.
It is not worth the money paid.

It was fraud...i never found a reservation yet the hotel acts extremely negative about it and never tried to give help or support.
Looks like no one from your side is reading this...as i claim my mone back...and no responses from your side
