Nice comfortable stay. The rooms were on the slightly smaller side but still clean and tidy. Nice hotel lobby with TV’s for communal use which creates a nice atmosphere. Staff at front desk not very friendly when approached and weren't even greeted with a smile. They won’t hold baggage either if you arrive before check in. There is a room for paid lockers but if they are full they wernt accommodating to keep them leaving us walking around the city with our suitcases till check in.

Sadly, the worst stay of my 8 day trip. WiFi in the room was terrible. Would connect for a minute then disconnect and repeat so ended up switching off WiFi in the mobile as it was causing more problems. Restaurant staff were unhelpful. Asked for an allergy menu and told there is not one which was strange as I had already stayed in the other property in Copenhagen and the one in Aarhus and got one in both. Also advised to just look at the food and that will tell me if I can eat it or not. Didn’t eat at the property.

The room was clean, but very small

Clean modern helpful staff. Good breakfast which was good value. The rooms are small for a couple if you have much luggage. Good soundproofing.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Copenhagen Station and a large shopping mall. The hotel itself is clean and presentable, lifts are keycard operated or you can use your phone app. I tried using the phone app on my IPhone but it wouldn’t work so had to get a key card from reception. The room was small with a joining door to the next room (locked). The quilt on the double bed doesn’t actually cover the whole bed and the pillows are weird square squishy things. The rooms are quite tired, definitely showing signs of wear. There is no real clothes space, the drawer under the bed is used for towels and the “wardrobe” is a pole with some coat hangers on. No where for pants/socks etc. It’s a city hotel and overall, it’s reasonably priced for Copenhagen. If I visit the city again I would stay here.

It was as expected- but on smaller side although clean, comfortable and practical - parking is also very convenient. Best is the staff who was ever so helpful!

The room can be more cleaned up much better. The room is tiny but the price is reasonable. The bed is comfortable.

Room and bed size good for one person,short sized bed, no fridge, no closet, just a wardrobe with four hangers, so you more or less lived out of the suitcase.Location is near central station. Downside is the poor sound isolation as I could hear the person next door as it was inside my bedroom.

Very basic for the price.
