Breakfast empties fast an no one to refill. Trash cans full. Maids are not to be fond on 3rd floor. The queen beds were full size.

The staff was very kind and helpful however the hotel itself was not great, a lot of odd staining in the room/furniture. We were additionally charged $500 at 11:23pm for a smoking fee that the sensors detected earlier in the day. Once we received the report for the sensor, it was citing an incident that took place when we weren’t present in the hotel at all. I was charged the $500 regardless and hotel staff are unable to do anything about it(not their faults). I am now in a week long process of getting this $500 charge removed from my card for a $113 hotel room experience.

Hyvä The property was amazing but if you spend over $80 or $85.....go elsewhere. No bacon for breakfast, terrible options, no soap worth washing your body with, and just not worth the $249 a night

The price is good. Location by the train was great for getting to Progressive Field. Staff was friendly.
It's a 2 star hotel experience for sure but fine for a quick trip.
The hotel shuttle backing up and beeping at 5am was awful though.
