I love the old world suburb of Guilford
The hotel food is of a high standard and I love the bar cosy and never feel at odds even when I'm a woman on my own
Close proximity of the train station was easy to catch the train into the city of Perth
I have stayed at Rose n Crown many times over the years because I feel comfortable
No fee for parking
Tani in reception is warm and interested in where you are from and in the person

Great stay but unfortunately kept up half the night with neighbours fighting.
Can't fault the hotel room though, just amazing.

It was a motel at hotel prices. Room was clean, but it is ageing.
More importantly, the room was not sound proofed. Guildford sits right under the flight path, so we were woken by very low aircraft from very early in the morning.
The pub was cool, but this was definitely a country pub with a motel attached, despite the rates and proximity to the city.
It was okay. Might stay again, as it is close to my brother's house, but only if there is a good deal on rooms.

We had a great stay, super easy to check in. Rooms were nice neat tidy had all we needed for an overnight stay. Food at the bar was excellent loads of choice great size meals . Under 10 min to airport and very well priced

Our accommodation was a motel room. Everything was clean, but a little dated. Check in was easy. Because this hotel is not far from the airport, we had planes overhead during the night. Bathroom was roomy, but if you were small you would not see in the mirror. For a couple of days stay this was ok.

For an overnight stay prior to our flight it was very good, large spacious room. The on site restaurant served delicious food and I'd recommend it. We didn't use the airport shuttle as we had to leave at 3am, before they commenced operations.

Fantastinen Nice clean spacious room in a very well maintained property.
Noise from aeroplanes taking off nearby is annoying.
