The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed that the bottled water in the room was not complimentary. In my opinion, providing free water is a basic courtesy that guests appreciate.
I was also unhappy with the check-in experience. Guests who arrived before me were able to check in, but when it was my turn, I was told to wait until 3:00 PM. This made me feel singled out and left a negative first impression.
On a positive note, the casino area was enjoyable, and the staff there were friendly and helpful. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there are a few areas where the guest experience could be improved.
