The room smelled so bad and was so ran down, we walked in and walked rite back out and found a different hotel, crazy that this is a long term living facility that is not clean.

good evening, Few issues with the room. 1) i can see daylight thru the door 2) Shower rod is falling off the wall. 3) shower not draining or very very slow drain. 4) burner on stove is not working 5) when pulling out the sleeper sofa: couch has cuts on one the cusion that was flipped over, cat or dog food was found on the mattrass, sticky substance was on the bar to pull the sofa bed out. 6) musty smell. I was promised a new room, but the ones they showed first one smelt like smoke, second one the curtains was pulled off the rod. Third was decent but on the second floor. than i was told maintenance was suppose to fixed the items. and it is tuesday and nothing has been done.

This property is for long term use. They only clean the hotel room every 14 days per the staff. If you want clean linens you can pay 1.75 a day or wash them yourself. Out toilet got clogged and they handed us a plunger. Had to go to the store to buy garbage bags as this is not included. You get 1 toilet paper roll a day. The sink backs up with no one to repair it. The beds are horrible. I have stayed at extended stay before but this was just horrible. Avoid this place if you can. We left a day early to stay at another hotel.

Room wasn’t clean and the room was falling apart. Wouldn’t stay here again

Smoke smell, bed sheets smell, bathroom Curtain smell!
