Very nice location, minutes away from train station, shopping center and sightseeing places. My room was spacious with balcony. Will definitely stay in it again if I go back to Turin.

Terrific hotel close yo the train station and very easy to get around. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Service was excellent. Breakfast had a great variety of foods and service was amazing. All the staff were great, especially Anduena. Very friendly and always on the go.

The hotel is in a good location, within easy walking distance of all the sights and the river. Our room was clean and spacious. We were disappointed that there was no EV charger on site despite it being advertised as having one. We ended up charging on the street a few streets over. The underground car park was having work on the gate done the next day so we had to get up early and move our car out of it by 8am. Our parking was discounted 50% as a result. There was some work being done in the corridor along from our room and the corridors need freshening up. We moved some cleaning stuff in a bag that had been left in the corridor and it was still there the next day. We didn’t get much sleep due to some kind of buzzer/ alarm going off every twenty minutes for the entire night. Not sure what it was but it was really annoying! So overall, a good spot, but I’d expect more from Best Western.

The room was clean and comfortable for my family of four. The breakfast was delicious. Close walking distance to many popular areas and Porto Nuovo train station. Staff was helpful with translation and directions.
