Loved the convenient location ...close to airport and shopping...shuttle for LAX picks up right outside lobby...price for such a good location and comfortable room..unbeatable...will be my new go to every time I fly out of LAX

HORRIBLE. Overbooked the hotel when our room was booked ahead of time! Sent us to a different hotel at 3am and that took over an hour for the staff to check us in. Told us come back next day at 11am to get our room. Went back at 1pm and the room still wasn’t ready!! On top of that room service did not come to clean not once the whole time we were there. The ice machine didn’t work. Was ridiculous

Mary day staff was not very friendly but the other day staff was I didn’t get her name and the night staff where very helpful and kind

Front desk was amazingly accommodating and just friendly. The shuttle to airport has. A tracker in the lobby showing its locations so super easy. It’s almost only a 10 min walk to nearest terminal ✅
