Overall, this hotel was a good fit for our family, and we'd stay here again. Our kids loved the hotel's quirky personality, and the pool area was excellent. The breakfast buffet also had a good variety of options, and the ladies working there were especially friendly and welcoming. Our room with two double beds was comfortable and met our needs. The location was very convenient, close to Congress Avenue, H-E-B, restaurants, and the expressway, making it easy to get around Austin. - The only real drawback was the musty, humid smell in the lobby and our room. It was especially strong in the lobby and bothered my allergies throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and despite the odor issue, we would stay here again.

Well, this is a gem of a property. I’m very happy I found it and I will be back again. I felt that the staff was particularly exceptional from being greeted or being cared for. Even when I missed the breakfast time, they even offered me a grab and go bag so I did not go hungry. How amazing is that?!?
