The hotel is well priced and well located in the Adelaide CBD. It is a little south of the action, but it is a reasonably short walk or tram ride to Rundle Mall etc. The room was large, clean and modern - I have no complaints. Recommended.

No heater Mould on walls 1 elevator working only last time we were here both weren’t working Noisy rooms Not a great clean from cleaners no vacuuming barely a wipe over of sinks etc Dirty cups in cupboards I could go on just don’t do it it’s expensive for a run down place

Check in was ok but staff seemed annoyed - not really a friendly vibe. The one working elevator took forever to get to ground level stopping at all levels every time, line up of people every time we went to use it. Upon entry to room there were some marks on wall that I used my cleaning wipes to wipe down. The room was ok otherwise but just OK - needs some love as the room was looking drab and old. Good location with park across room.

No service...onenlift broken takes forever to come down....requested some utensils at room but no servuce.....phone not working to contact reception.....

We arrived with kids and found the room was not clean. We reported it to the staff, who were very helpful and offered us another room, but unfortunately that room was also not clean. We were then asked to stay the night and were told the room would be professionally cleaned the next morning. The cleaners did come and made an effort, but we were still not fully happy or satisfied with the overall cleanliness.
