Joy the receptionist was extremely helpful and gracious! The Room service lady was super nice. Very clean and close to many things.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. The staff are amazing and the room was perfectly cleaned every day. If you’re looking for a central, comfortable place to stay on your travels this is it.

Upgraded from standard to superior, which was lovely, but still surprised to see small shower/toilet with handbasin outside in the room. No power outlet near hand basin. No window to outside. Clean, comfortable & friendly staff. Close to everything including BTS
