Toliet didnt flush in our room. After 1 flush you had to waith 15-20 minutes to be able to flush it again. The staff at the reception desk were always so kind and helpfull with taxis, directions and everything we need them they were always there for us. They all deserve a pay raise

Staff was helpful upon arrival. Lovely clean and spacious room; the jetted bath was a nice surprise. Breakfast offered a diverse array of options, although there are a couple of nice patisserias around the corner. The only feedback is for the broken parking elevator and lack of help with transporting luggage as it can be quite the maze and trek from the front lobby.
