Possibly one of the best staffs I’ve ever encountered in a hotel setting and that saying a lot amazing location in the center of it all with many options for food theater, and to be in the heart of the city there’s nothing like it. Thank you so much for treating my daughter and I like family will come here again

Staff were very helpful and friendly from check in to checking out! Even when we came back in the middle of the night the front desk was eager to great us! Great walking distance to other attractions too!

Staff goes out of their way to assist you. We got there very early and immediately offered to store our bags and promised to have our room ready ahead of time, and they did. Great location, clean and a full on breakfast option, not your stingy muffin in a bag. Would totally stay there again.

Great room on the 11th floor with a view of rhe Empire State Building. Room was small, but that’s to be expected from NY and isn’t any different from other hotels. But that’s the point you’re not meant to be in your room in this city. Get out and explore. Shower was clean, toilet was clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows were a bit less than supportive. Only downside was the AC; set to 72f it would blast right down on your while in bed, even with the fan set to low. The hotel should find a way to direct the AC straight out or slightly upwards vs down on the bed.
