Hyvä The room attendants were very good but the reception staff at check-in were unwelcoming. Strangely they see a need to explain the rules and penalties for misdemeanors as you check-in making you feel like a potential criminal. Yes I’m sure there is a legal requirement to inform guests of the rules and penalties but why not have them written down and in the rooms like other hotels do. This would be the hotel’s policy that should change. Perhaps they have many badly behaved customers staying here. No hot-water jug with coffee/tea supplies. No fridge. There are better valued hotels around here that are more welcoming. I won’t be coming back here.

Smooth check in, staff are very helpful. Good location, lots to eat, cheap shopping and massages. Room was great for the price, so no complaints here, great for budget travellers has all you need.

I booked this property last minute because the hotel I was at previously was horrendous. Everyone was very nice & helpful. The room seemed clean. HOWEVER, when I woke up, there were ants all over my bed and on me. There were HUNDREDS of them. I’m not sure why they showed up because I didn’t have any food in the room. They were also ALL over my luggage. The worse part was when I discovered them in my under garment bag. It was disgusting. Also the room smelled like cigarettes throughout the night.

it will not allow me to post pictures of just how filthy this room was.. first room was full of ants.. yes it's tropical but at least spray once in while. 2nd room was so grossly filthy mold in the shower was the worst i have ever seen in my travels .. we left and did not stay. lesson learned.

Was only ther 1 hour had several bug bites, only reason not 1 star is staff did offer to move me but at that point I went to another location
