Just wow. The level of service, attentiveness and hospitality was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel just one tub stop from Marina bay gardens and the shopping mall. Breakfast was amazing, gets busy but a vast selection of quality food. Shout out to eran and khai for making our trip personal and giving my 14m loads of attention. Kept him entertained. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you

A Warm Welcome After a Long Journey After a grueling 16-hour international flight, arriving early at the Conrad Singapore could have meant hours of waiting in a lobby with two tired kids. Instead, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in. While we waited, we took advantage of the spa pool area to freshen up and headed out to explore the city. By 11:30 AM, we had a message that our room was ready — faster than we'd hoped for. The room itself was immaculate and impressively spacious for our family of four (two adults, two kids), giving us room to breathe after being cooped up on a plane. Breakfast was included and did not disappoint — a spread full of delights that hit the spot after a long travel day. We only stayed one night, but it was enough to leave a lasting impression. The genuine warmth of the staff made all the difference — sometimes a smile and a bit of flexibility means more than any amenity list. Highly recommend for families passing through Singapore.
