The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating of our requests. The pool and hot tub were clean and at the perfect temperature.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen- bigger than my first place in SF. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and gym, and it was close to everything we wanted to do and see in Victoria.
