Dark lobby, dirty rooms. Everything is ready for renovation asap! The room was in an unacceptable condition and required professional deep cleaning. The floor was sticky, and the shower was mouldy and visibly dirty. The overall level of cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard.

Absolutely incredible stay. Stunning hotel. I’ve been traveling Thailand, Singapore, Tokyo, and this hotel takes the cake for room design. They also accommodated an early check-in, and have a very cool rooftop deck for seeing the city from above. The rooms are on par with full luxury level stays, I just can’t get over how well they were designed and furnished, stunning. Extremely ideal location as well.

You can’t beat this location. Just around the corner from the MTR, providing a quick link to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wonderful that they had plenty of umbrellas to lend. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel for business travel. Big table for working and small kitchenette in the room. Sheung Wan is a characterful neighborhood just one MTR stop from Central.

The location of 99 bonham hotel is excellent! Alot of local eateries to choose from and walkable to MTR Station that link to hong kong main land. Highly recommended! Staff is friendly, helpful and feel welcome to stay in. Thank you!

Beware: Bed Bugs and Poor Cleanliness I stayed at this hotel from the 27th to the 30th for three nights, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The room was not clean, and I discovered bed bugs. I spoke with staff, but the issue persisted. Other guests also had similar complaints. Despite the high price, the conditions were unacceptable, and I spent part of my trip dealing with bites and going to the pharmacy. I requested a refund, given the situation. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
